Gordon Ramsay has revealed why he avoids dining at his own restaurants,
despite his immense success in the culinary world.
The British celebrity chef, 58, owns 34 restaurants in the UK, including his
flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, which has held three Michelin
stars for over 22 years.
In a new podcast, Ramsay opened up about his reasons.
He shared that he has only dined at one of his restaurants twice in 25 years, once
for his daughter Megan’s 16th birthday and again with actor Bradley Cooper.
Ramsay explained that he finds the experience “too posh” and not aligned with
his personal style.
“It’s too posh for me,” he said. “It sounds weird right? You build the f***ing place.
I can't sit there.”
